Discussing Graphic Creation #4
This week, we explored graphic creation and how it can be used as an educational tool. I created a visual using ChatterPix Kids. ChatterPix is a fun and simple app that allows you to bring images to life by adding a talking mouth while also adding a voice recording so you can make your creation say whatever you want. I found it really engaging because it combines visual creativity with audio, making learning more interactive for students.

In the classroom, I envision using ChatterPix Kids as a way for students to demonstrate their learning through creativity and voice. For example, students could create talking characters from a story, historical figures explaining their achievements, or objects from science lessons describing their functions. This not only helps students understand material more deeply but also gives them a chance to express their learning in a fun and personal way.
ChatterPix also supports student engagement and inclusion. It is a great tool for shy students who don’t like to speak or have a fear of public speaking because they can record their voices and share ideas without presenting in front of the whole class. It can also help younger students develop oral language skills and help build confidence with technology.
Overall, using ChatterPix showed me how digital tools can turn a simple idea into a creative and meaningful learning experience. I can see myself using this app often to make lessons more interactive and enjoyable for my future students.
